Be very careful if you are comparing these to builders like Richmond American/Blackpines etc.
It’s very obvious these homes were build in rush.
I did not have the best experience as a first time home buyer with LGI.
Signing my paperwork (which is supposed to be exciting) took over 4 hours as there were various mistakes and amendments needed.
They had me listed as a white male. My address was to a completely different home/address in Lincoln. At the time of arrival the sales agent was heard saying “what are these mf’s doing here” (we arrived 15 mins early).
If I didn’t need to move out when my last lease expired, I would have taken my time and would have gone with another builder.
I have left the cooperate office various messages with no acknowledgment or call backs.

Also, please read the fine print on the buy down and rates. With their lender offered APR, you may be paying more than twice the amount of your home.

I am glad a review got attention that various calls and messages to corporate didn’t.
I most definitely will reach out via “email” but I rather talk to a love person. Guess LGI doesn’t offer that or can refer to an actual person.

I am very pleased with my LGI purchase. As a first time home buyer, this could of been a stressful experience. David Pratt was amazing and kept this entite experience and process stress free. David is a great guy and one the reasons i purchased. This is a great little community and close to everything, but yet still feels like country.
