H C came out to the job site, I told him what I wanted done, he stated they could do the job, we set up a date for installation. He called me the day before job and notified me that they couldn't do the work as his crew was busy on another job. We rescheduled the job for the following week but again he cancelled due to it being too hot (not his fault) so we rescheduled for the next week. He called me the morning of the job and said they were not going to make it as they accepted another job in the Bay area that paid more. He bid the job and I accepted his quote so I don't feel I should have been bumped for a better paying job.

I asked when he could do it and he said he would call me. I still have not received a call from him to reschedule so I hired another contractor that did the job the following week..
I contacted Mr Heilman in early June as I have a structure coming that is scheduled to be erected by July 20th and the pad needs to be in place.

If HC was too busy to do the job, all he had to do was tell me and I could have hired someone else to do the work and would not have wasted nearly a month waiting. Stringing a customer along for a month is not a good practice for any businessman!

I understand the the company does excellent work but it is just getting them to the job site that seems to be the problem.

I would be very leery of hiring this company.
