The "planned" amenities that they claim won't happen. We have original documents from our neighborhood promising a park and community center. Neither has happened and when we ask the VP of Land Development he claims he has no idea how we have that information. And ask who the HOA company is. If it happens to be MSI run fast and run far!

I am absolutely shocked by the lack of communication and detail with this company. On top of a few other extremely frustrating situations, their lender told my clients they qualified and got their hopes up to later find out he messed up the purchase price by $50,000 dollars!! And with zero communication to me as the agent, who could’ve helped prevent all of this. On top of that, they keep saying their VP is going to reach out to me and I have yet to hear from her. I would highly recommend going elsewhere with your business and they definitely will no longer be recommended from anyone at my firm!
