Dr McKenzie is excellent, however the Manager , Sonia waited 6 months to send a referral for his approval. But they continue encouraging mediocrity!

Kristina and Ofelia are very unprofesional. They don't know how to speak to people. I told my son who is a judge if I get heart attack in this office because of their customer service please sue them!!!! I will be complaining to the Medical licensing board if the customer service representitives are not fired and still work here. I had a terrible time today and my blood presure went up and my heands are shaking.

This has to be the worst office ever! Starting from front feet staff to the doctor. There has never been a time where the wait is less than 2 hours and that's only to go inside. This place can never figure out their appointment schedule or get it right. They schedule 20 people in one hour, then people pile up in the waiting area and the front desk won't even acknowledge the people waiting. Plus, most of the time the doctor is not even in the office and the staff won't even tell people the doctor is not here. I hate coming here and this will be the last visit for sore. This office is horrible and no patient should be treated in such horrible way! This is unacceptable by all means

This was the only cardio doctor in my bcbs plan so I had no choice. My experience was horrible. I had one of my procedures scheduled and when I arrived Sonia told me they forgot to schedule a doctor. I told her she should have called me at home before I drove a half hour. She later changed her story saying that she called me but that is a complete lie and I suggest her superiors check the phone records. Also, Dr Mckenzie did call me back and left a long message OF ANOTHER PATIENTS DETAILED INFORMATION.These people are dishonest and unprofessional! I suggest you find another doctor.

(I am writing this for a friend of mine who has a hard time setting this up) The cardiologist is the best. I had a great experience to help my mother during a hard time with her surgery. They made us feel amazing. We had peace in our hearts and communicated with us through out the whole process. Professional attention and the receptionist made us feel at home. Great results and I would recommend them. Thank you

Rude! Rude! Rude!

After we waited two and half hours, the doctor came into the room without apologizing. Not only that, but he received a personal phone call and proceeded to talk to his friend about tennis for an additional 15 minutes while we sat in the exam room in front of him. I understand a doctor may have an emergency in the hospital causing him to be late, but not apologizing is rude and delaying a patient further to talk to your friend about tennis is inexcusable!

I've yet to have had my CRT-D replacement surgery. However, I can tell you that the office and Dr. McKenzie have been pitch perfect up to this point. I was further along my ERI than realized and time is of the essense to swap out my recalled St. Jude CRT-D. The officed worked to get me in to see Dr. McKenzie on very short notice. The lines of communication have been open, Sonia has kept in touch as promised to let me know where I stand in pre-approval with Blue Sheild.
