We are very impressed with RJI Professionals. We had a bad hail storm last summer and RJI came highly recommended from several of our neighbors. For starters, they were masterful at working with our insurance provider. We needed a new roof, gutters, window screens, interior ceiling repairs from water damage, and exterior paint. It was so nice to have a one stop shop to get it all coordinated and have such quality work on all the repairs. We received constant communication on schedules and project status which was very appreciated. We are very thankful for everything RJI has done for us and would highly recommend them.

And so it begins… we had extensive hail damage and need a new roof as well as some other repairs. We decided to give RJI a shot. We haven’t had any work done yet after 6 months. They came up with a cost for staining our fence that is more than getting a whole new fence which resulted in our insurance company refusing to move forward. We have completely lost confidence in them actually getting our repairs, especially our roof, done anytime soon. It seems like they are just delaying our job until they start running low on projects. We still have never gotten any timeline for any work to be done. They now are trying to get every penny out of us. I RECOMMEND RUNNING THE OTHER WAY IF YOU SEE THEM TRYING TO GET YOUR BUSINESS. Companies like this are the reason I dread needing to have home repairs done because you know these predatory companies are out there.

I appreciated all that Jason and Andrew did to work with my insurance company to cover the repair and replacement of the hail damage to my roof and home. They made the process so much easier for me as a single homeowner. My roof and gutters were replaced in about one and a half days and I am very happy with the quality of the work. Thank you RJI for taking care of me from start to finish, in a very professional manner.

We had a large hailstorm come through our area and afterwards had 7 roofing companies look at our roof. Of the 7 roofing representatives, I was most impressed with Andy Masters with RJI, who was very professional and scheduled a time to meet with our insurance adjuster. Our insurance company wouldn't budge on replacement, but when we were ready to replace it ourselves, we went with RJI. They were here by 7am, and were finished with our roof before dark. I'm a home inspector, so am very particular about installation details, and was impressed with their work. When the time comes to get our windows replaced, they will be our first call.

RJI installed a butcher block countertop in a new kitchen with a 5-year warranty. The butcher block separated from the wall within 18 months, allowing water to go into the drywall behind the new cabinets. They told us that it was stupid to install butcher block and that it was warped from inadequate preparation (they sealed and stained it). They are claiming that it isn’t covered under the 5 year warranty. They didn’t advise us that this could happen and blamed us for the inadequate preparation. I would never use RJI for any project, they don’t stand by their work and just want to take your money.

Andrew and Colton were great to work with in replacing my hail damaged roof. They were very professional and always there to respond to my endless questions answering calls or emails right away. The workers themselves did a superior job putting on the new roof and finished it all in one day, The cleanup was amazing and my deck alone looked better afterwards than it did before. Kudos for the crew they hired! I would highly recommend RJI Professionals!
