Made an appointment for today with Mr. Prendergast and he never showed up.
The building was unlocked but was no one inside. Waited 10 minutes, sent an email, waited another 5 then left. I left work early for this appointment. It is HIGHLY disrespectful to be blown off entirely with no email or call prior. Then I received two emails and a call after leaving. He wanted to make sure I knew that if his "blue Tesla" was there, then he was. Honestly, I thought it was a joke until he asked me to come back.

Remington Homes is a wonderful local family owned company that you can trust!! Sabell’s is a great location and is going to be a highly sought after community because of its proximity to Old Town Arvada, Denver, Boulder and the mountains!! Not only is the location great but the quality of the build is outstanding and very impressive!! The sales staff were extremely helpful, friendly and professional. They answered all my questions and walked me through the home building process.
