Needed my hand rail on my porch. Was called twice and nothing has been done it’s going on a month the maintenance supervisor called me and have not received anything. I have trouble getting up and down the steps I told him that and nothing has been done. Called and asked to speak with an individual in a higher position and she never returned my call. Now I’m trying to find out who is her boss or who is over this housing company. The Maintenance sucks.

Omg a complete 360 I wanted to terminate my lease Now I am happy to be a part of this community in just a short time so much has improved . I’m glad that our concerns are being heard.

If I could give a 3&1/2 it would be that. Though the Building is well kept attractively in the middle of this very sketchy part of Akron Surrounding many businesses and multiple religious institutions the place has an energy that doeth gnot screameth "COMMUNITY" oriented. Very much culturally SHOCKING for me. This home buyers program is what came up as a reference. I first sought out other resources here where My finances were simply collected & nothing follow up was offered. I'm gnot helped by this agency in any capacity to give a better review. There is great room for improvements. The "Superiors" here gave a hughty attitude. I'm very unimpressed as a person coming into a foriegn atmosphere. There is no welcoming committee and really Holly seems to be the most caring of all the individuals in this organization I've had the privilege to encounter. That is my observation and experience. There is a huge disconnect. There is no way to put it lightly. Business as usual. The mission statement that is where I start. I'm still there with question mark!

The only thing is to get the paperwork concerning the rental assistance together. Other than that it's an eleven higher than a ten in speed of service/ assistance to relocate. It is a ten in utility help/ assistance as well.

The receptionist that I’ve spoken with is always nice. When I call to speak with someone in property management about renting they never answer. I’ve left multiple voicemails for months and still have yet to get a call back. Don't understand how you have so many single family properties for rent, in horrible neighborhoods I might add, but never return calls. Also the one location that is decent (Washington Townhomes) forever is listed as having 1 unit available yet they never return calls about it and have a “long wait list”. I’ll pass on this agency. Shouldn’t be so hard to reach out to people and also don’t like the fact that they choose the home you and your family will live in. If you don’t take that one they offer you another one in an even more unsafe, ran down neighborhood where I’m sure they themselves wouldn’t live. Do better

Ms. Yvette( Reception staff) Was very rude and very condescending when answering questions regarding how the steps worked in regards to the Summit County process of applying for a home. She is the first point of contact that I thought I would have the pleasure of speaking with, but it turned out to be a horrible experience, because she talked down to me and talked to me as if I was uneducated and couldn't comprehended well. I believe Yvette needs to be better educated in the area of customer service, and to take the whining out of her voice so that the callers can better understand her when she is speaking. I'm well aware of the policy and procedures and I will definitely be contacting the corporate offices on her. One never knows who may be on the other end of the phone line, so it pays to treat all people with respect regardless of the type of day one maybe having. YVETTE please be more respectful, hopefully this constructive criticism helps you. God Bless
