Phil and his team at Prenvalley were exceptional to work with. They were all always so incredibly responsive during the whole process. They are very transparent about everything as well, from costs and timelines to their subcontractors and materials. They added a 550 sq/ft addition to a 1912 bungalow and did a magnificent job seamlessly combining the two spaces inside and out. We could not be happier with our new main bedroom suite with walk-in closet and double vanity bathroom. It was exactly what we needed for us to remain in our North Denver neighborhood that we love. I've already recommended them to more than a few people looking to add on.

Our remodel involved a full gut of the kitchen and bathroom, full permitting, reshaping the kitchen with new cabinets, countertops, and a large island, creating a walk-in closet, all new bathroom, new floors, lighting, and paint. Prenvalley Builders is a rare gem in the world of general contractors. From the outset, the team at Prenvalley Builders displayed an unparalleled level of professionalism and communication. They worked with their great group of specialists, ensuring that every facet of the remodel was executed with the highest of quality. There were a few problems with their tile subcontractor but they immediately worked to have the problems fixed and the resulting tile work looks great. They also collaborated with my HOA frequently which saved me a great headache of having to be a constant middleman. I cannot recommend Prenvalley Builders highly enough!!
