New purchase of older house, need fixtures changed. Siskiyou was super easy to deal with for scheduling, very accurate and competitive on price. Everything is changed, working, and good to go. We have used Siskiyou Plumbing and Electric for twenty years now. Recently we had a toilet that wouldn’t flush effectively. When we called, they told us that they would have to call back because they weren’t sure when they could fit us in (they were short staffed at the time). Two hours later we got a call and a half hour later Rick showed up at the house. He solved the problem quickly and was very personable and professional. This is why we keep coming back. The rates are very reasonable and the office staff is always friendly. We highly recommend this company for all your plumbing and electrical needs.

Milo answered our call on the weekend in the afternoon. He came out and fixed our situation. Very professional; explained everything that was wrong, and how he would fix it. He was honest and upfront about the work that he could do and the pricing (weekend call outs).
He fixed it and even gave suggestions of other options we could do for the future. The company is lucky to have him and the county is lucky to have a honest, reliable company.

During February’s 2nd-week deep-freeze, like most of Siskiyou, by 10am on Wednesday morning I had frozen pipes. I spoke twice with Cleo who finessed the schedule to arrange for Milo to arrive later that day. Given how busy they were that day already, I’m sure you can relate to how relieving that was to hear. Within 15 minutes of Milo’s arrival I understood what the precise issues were and how they would be resolved. 5 out of 5!

Siskiyou plumbing has been my go to plumbing/electrical/well go to for years. Milo came out today because my holding tank float valve was old and no longer working. He had it fixed in less than 15min. Austin has worked on some of my plumbing and electrical projects, as well as other people from his company. They are always friendly, courteous, and helpful. Milo, did and excellent job narrowing down the leak from the ceiling downstairs to the bathtub upstairs. It wasn't the pipe after all. It was the bathtub water spout that was loose and water from the shower hitting the wall and dripping down on the pipe. A quick silicone fix stopped the drip. Kudos to you Milo, thank you so very much. Excellent job I'm very very happy
