We were in the process of purchasing a home and had structural concerns. Gus spent a lot of time over the phone reviewing the concerns we had and was so knowledgeable and helpful. He was even willing to come to do a structural inspection the very next day (on a Saturday)! His prices were great too! Highly recommend!

I had Gus over to give me an initial consultation. We discussed my project. I sent him my plans. He wanted me to give him more detailed plans with dimensions, which I did. He even referred a contractor, who wasn't very good at follow up consultations. Gus also didn't return calls, but kept sending an invoice for his services. I was the only one providing details, dimensions, and he wouldn't agree to signing off on my new contractor's plans which is certainly his right. I would say be care and make sure you let him know you will pay the invoice once he agrees to your design plans and don't feel threatened into paying him before he has done any work on his part. An initial consultation should not cost you a penny. Poor communication skills. Never answers his phone and doesn't call be in a timely manner.

Gus is very competent. Great at explaining what he sees to Buyers in layman’s terms. He’s truthful and honest. He’s not an alarmist. He’s done a lot of consultations for me and my clients. I trust him implicitly. My clients were quite impressed and very happy with his consultations.
