Baessler homes was great to work with! My husband and I took a look at a couple of model homes and fell in love with the homes and the area. We worked with Annie and she was amazing. She let us know when our names came up on the waitlist and was so excited for us. She sent us weekly updates with photos of our soon to be home. She helped us with every step and made it as easy as possible and it all went very smoothly. Nathan helped us through the orientation and spent extra time with us to make sure we were comfortable with everything in the house. We are so grateful for their kindness and hard work.

I started my journey with Baessler homes in February 2021 to buy my first home. The model home was the second home I saw during the home buying process and I was sold! The team at Baessler helped me tremendously through the entire process. The biggest value was the communication I received. From day one the Baessler team helped me with any questions I had, and they were very flexible with my ever changing schedule when it came to all the appointments that come with buying a new build. Like any home transaction there are bumps in the road, and like most people buying new this year I faced delays from the heavy snow storms & material shortages that all builders in CO and nationwide are facing. Annie kept me in the loop the entire time so I could adjust accordingly to any new dates and times, and came up with solutions to help in any way she could. The Project Management and Construction teams were also so fantastic at responding to any concerns I had. My new home is beautiful, thank you Annie, Cheryl, Sean, Andrew, Rob, Shawn, Sarah, and to the entire Baessler team for helping me get into my new home!

It was an absolute dream building our first home with Baessler at the Conestoga community in Ault. We never could’ve imagined we would get everything we want within our budget during this economy and earlier than originally planned. Annie in the office is truly a godsend. She was so kind and friendly. She answered our millions of questions and was in contact contact of our home’s progress. Edit less than 4 months in: Front landscaping was required, this was not something that could opt out of- it had to be paid for. The grass and the tree in the front lawn is majorly dead. Upon move in, they said reach out to home owner services and that they were “sure they could work something out” in a case like this. Several neighbors, who’ve lived here for over a year, have also had their landscaping turn up dead within months of moving in. HOS was emailed and recently emailed that they have no intention of aiding in the repair/ replacement of the front landscaping. It is devastating that we paid for a faulty product and an eye sore that we now will have to pay to be removed and replaced. So that’s twice we’ll have paid for front landscaping. Would’ve rathered a bare front yard and to pay to landscape it once.

I can not say enough kind things for the people who helped us put our home together. Cheryl was so communicative, even including our real estate agent on every email and phone call. She is remarkably quick to respond, detail oriented, kind, warm and so many other good things. We received weekly photo updates of our house being built from the start. She has loads of useful information about the homes and company. she welcomes you with a vibrate energy and open arms. They had no hiccups in the process and the house was built with great quality. When Cheryl wasn't around, Annie was fantastic to help us out. Nathan answered every single question with a smile. He took us through our walkthrough and was very thorough to ensure he hit all his bases. He let us go through the house multiple times prior to close and nit pick anything we thought needed a touch up, which wasn't much. Two weeks after close he came by again to see if there were any issues that we noticed after move in. He fixed nearly all our concerns right then and there. He taught us a few things about how the house is built along with how we can take care of or repair certain things around. These people seem like they absolutely adore the work that they do. We never once felt any pressure or bad attitudes. They are always to happy to help. I truly cannot thank these people enough. I never thought the home buying process could be so simple! They walk with you every step of the way. Truly beautiful people with a lot of love in their hearts.

Just wanted to thank Michael Valdez for his quick response. I recently wrote a poor review after being here a year there were issues that were never resolved. Michael reached out to me right away and promptly started rolling on the issues to be fixed ASAP. He was professional and very kind and seemed to care that these issues were never addressed.
