As an active Realtor in Denver, HIE has been my go-to inspection company for years. I can always trust them to do a thorough job, be honest with my clients about major issues, but also counsel them through typical homeowner maintenance and solutions to minor issues as well. They are so much for qualified and well-trained than the typical handyman inspectors you'll typically find. In addition to recommending them to clients, I chose them for my personal home inspection as well as contracting them to prepare structural plans for a major renovation I did on my personal home. Not only do they do a great job on the actual services they provide, but they're always personable, patient, and willing to help, offer thorough explanations, and answer questions - from the admin staff to the inspectors to the owners. Would highly recommend them, and will continue to have them as my go-to when referring home buyers or owners in need of home inspections or structural inspections/planning.

HIE very responsive with the inspection and report. This is our first time buying a house so we were stressed about the inspection deadline and HIE was able to schedule Dustin to come out and perform a home inspection 3 days after I called! Dustin met with me and my agent and went over the main concerns thoroughly and professionally. The report came in 24 hours after the inspection as scheduled, so ahead of schedule! The report was comprehensive of what work was scoped and easy to read. Overall I would use HIE again and recommend them to any of my friends or family. I considered the price paid to be well worth the services rendered.

HIE Consulting Engineers is an excellent firm. I have worked with Anthony for the last several years on multiple phases of foundation stabilization to my residence. He is a very knowledgeable, responsive and innovative engineer.
