Line Remodeling has been out to my house several times, for different jobs. Every time they come out they are extremely professional, very kind and respectful. They explain to me what is going on and what they will do next. I couldn’t ask more from a company. Pedro, Andres and Francisco have been to my house a few times and I am always happy to see it is them. They are great to work with, they make sure I know what is being done and what the next step will be. The area they work in is always clean when they leave.

Would like to share my experiences with this company my family and I are renting from invitation homes a company that uses this contractor for their property’s. A year ago this company line remodeling came out to build a new deck on our rental. They did not apply for building permits for the deck they built. The city came to our home and inspected the deck to find multiple safety code violations. The owner Carlos sent his people out to tear the deck down and rebuild it again. They rebuilt the deck and failed code inspection more then three times now. It is now a year and a half later and the city is now sending a final notice because this company has failed to render the issues on the (SECOND DECK). I Would not recommend this company to anybody. And if any other renters from invitation homes have had this company work on your rental i would contact your city building code office to double check their work. Safety should be number one concern and this company displays that safety is last on their priorities.

This company was sent out by my rental company to fix my garage door after another company hadn’t fixed it correctly! They were amazing. They replaced two panels, the garage door opener and then came back out to paint it. Thank you so much for the wonderful job and the professionalism in getting the job done right!!

since I can’t find this companies Facebook page anymore after reviewing them I decided to do one on all platforms…This is our experience after dealing with line remodeling. This company replaced our deck this is the work we got not mentioning the CODE VIOLATIONS we are dealing with from the city because of structural violations but also the violation for not pulling a proper PERMIT to build the deck in the first place… anybody else that have had this company fix your deck or any major structure on your house I would advise checking the integrity and quality as this company is a vendor for INVITATION HOMES a MAJOR rental provider of rental properties in the Colorado and texas area.
