I recently purchased a condo and worked with Palace Construction to resolve various questions and concerns while settling in my new home. Having been out of state for the official walkthroughs, I really appreciated when the Palace Construction representatives promptly responded to my concerns and helped to make the move-in process run smoothly.  In particular, I’d like to thank Dmitri and his Team for their unfailing professionalism, attention to detail, and prompt and respectful service.

While I was still away, Dmitri maintained regular communication, keeping me updated on all scheduled repairs and ensuring we would go over any remaining issues upon my return, building a foundation of professional trust from the start. Upon request, they helped me to touch up the walls, doors, and flooring, and in general, were incredibly helpful and responsive to my concerns as a new homeowner. Besides, the movers scratched my floors and Dmitri helped to negotiate the price and labor with the flooring company so that I could have my flooring replaced by the same vendor. My move-in experience would be very different if it hadn’t been for Dmitri’s professional service and expert advice. In short, the Palace Construction Team did everything to ensure that I felt happy in my new home. This is the company that I can trust and recommend to other homeowners.

We had Palace do a mold remediation and then had their construction company rebuild everything that had to be torn out. Although its never fun to have to do these things, working with Palace was great. They are responsive, responsible, and do good work. I highly recommend them!

I would not recommend this company ever. I had a mold remediation and wanted a rebuild of a small bathroom. The mold specialist came out completed their work in a weeks time the first week of January. The contractors to rebuild came out and measured told me that it was two weeks out for the plumber. Two weeks came and went called and they told me they never scheduled the plumber and that I needed a shower pan before they'd schedule the plumber who was again two weeks out. Got the shower pan and informed them still nothing two weeks came and went, no plumber and more excuses. They came to quote and the plumber was two weeks out and just more issues excuses blamed us for changing the job with a small shower which we didn't. Simply put this company didn't seem interested in my business nor timely it's now mid February and they never came to finish my bathroom and I've since contracted with another company to complete the work.

This would be a 0 star rating if possible but DO NOT contract here they just give run around and issues on a bathroom that could've been a three week job at most.

Palace Construction is wrapping up our third major project at Wind Crest Senior Living in Highlands Ranch. This latest one involved over $2m in renovation of the corridors of 4 buildings with 585 apartments. We’ve received numerous compliments from residents on the friendliness of their employees. They have been great to work with and extremely responsive to requests and feedback. Would highly recommend them!

This review is specifically for Lori Heid. We used Palace about 4 years ago, and I am going through an insurance claim on my flooring. Since Palace ordered all of my floor material, I do not have a record of what was installed and when. I reached out to Lori and she responded within minutes (literally) and sent me exactly what I needed. My need for these records has nothing to do with Palace, and she went out of her way to make sure I have what I need. She's the best!

This is going to be the WORST experience ever. My grandmother had a fire happen at her house. We hired Palace Construction to complete her job. They have been they worst company. Not only have they don't the job wrong several times, my grandma's house has many cracks in the walls above the windows, on the floor the hard wood floors dont even align with the walls. Huge gaps such a poor job everything is unleveled the door you can tell is lopsided, letting extreme amounts of cold air to get in her house. All they care about is getting paid on time. My Poor OLD grandmother's is not freezing in her house( even with her heater running non stop) during the winter. I would never recommend this company and I hope they pay for the work they do wrong to every one.

I walk to work for the last 6 months. They've been working on the same sidewalk that's been closed just about as long. Now they have more of it closed off. I know y'all got to work on the sidewalks but can't you do it and orderly fashion. It's part of your project on Hancock expressway in Colorado Springs. You haven't marked off now where you have to walk on a busy street just to go your normal route because you've had the sidewalk closed for so long. And it's got your banner all over the place so it's definitely your company. Public walkways need to be open so we can use them one week two weeks a month sure too much sure we're going on multiple and multiple months. And now it's totally closed off
