We used cornerstone when we were renting out our home and then when we sold it. They went above and beyond for us. It was such a lovely experience and we are honestly sad that we sold our home and aren’t working with them now! But we will recommend them to anyone needing a real estate company!!

Also, when we were renting out our home we had several companies who did not check on anything for us. Just collected their checks and ignored our home. When we finally got with cornerstone is when we were ACTUALLY taken care of and they were very thorough. Couldn’t recommend them enough

Took me 5 months to get my move-in maintenance repairs and they were initially checked off as done but weren’t completed so I had to request again.
I moved out and they held on to my deposit money for additional 60 days all the while leaving lights & appliances on to add to my bill. Never there to assist with repairs, complaints or issues. They have the market so they don’t care once they get you to sign the dotted line.
DON’T RENT from them, especially the new builds because the doors don’t shut right, the locks don’t work right & the fence is falling apart. There was dog poo in the back yard from last tenant when I moved in. POOR Management
