Nathan and his team did a nice job replacing our deck. We appreciated the recommendation to go a bit smaller as the deck was so large, we didn’t need all that space. Our favorite feature is the rain scape. Makes the deck usable year round and keeps the furniture and patio dry.

We hired Colorado Building and Construction first for a total kitchen remodel, then for re-doing our staircase and finally for a new outdoor covered patio. Can't say enough about Nathan, Charlie and crew. They did most of the work themselves, only subbing out portions of the job better suited to specialists. We had heard stories regarding shoddy workmanship and long delays from friends on projects they had undertaken, but there was none of that with CB&C. They were here when said they would, the quality of the work was top notch, completion was on time and every detail was addressed and completed, including some additional small projects. I’ve not had as good of an experience as I did with Colorado Building and Construction. Nathan worked with us and was very flexible and attentive to any concern we had. They did framing, electrical, duct work, drywall and paint, and the flooring. Saved me contacting 5 different contractors. His workers were great and trustworthy. I felt that they were working for me because they wanted to, not just doing a job. Everything on time, passed all inspections to code. Very pleased and will use again along with a 5-star review!! Also, VERY reasonable in price compared with my other estimates. Thanks to Nathan and his crews!

Charlie and Tyler worked well together, being respectful of our home by prepping with paper on the floor, and cleaning up as they went from day to day. You've heard NIGHTMARE stories about contractors. This is not one of them. We decided to remodel our entire main floor and reached out to CO Bldg & Construction for a bid. From the moment the owner walked into our home, we knew we were going to choose them. He had a vision for what our home *could* be, which is not always the case w/builders. Most will do what you ask them to, but to find someone with an eye for how to maximize the space and make changes you never even thought of is rare.
Our project included new flooring, new cabinets, electrical, new doors, carpentry, painting, the works. Nathan, the owner managed all of it. Schedules, permits, timelines, supplies, contingencies. We paid only as milestones were reached and agreed to.
Nathan's crew is second to none. They are skilled, trustworthy craftsmen who have been with him for years. Their work is high quality and they're just really nice guys.
We never could have completed such a large project without a skilled contractor so we recommend CO Building & Construction without reservation.
