They did a great job installing my dishwasher and fixing/replacing faucets. Very conscientious making sure there were no leaks, fit appropriately and great clean up. Very personable and efficient.

I am not sure if we just happened to get an employee having a bad day or what, but this young lady answered the phone and we were asking for a quote and before we could further explain our problem she rushed to tell my husband "how do you expect a quote if I don't know the problem?" And we stayed in silence from how rude she said it and then again before we could even tell her anything she said "and we are two weeks out".... again we stayed in silence for a second, and we simply said ok we will think about it, and we hung up, horrible experience!! alot of pumbling issues can't wait that long and also she didn't even hear us out. Felt like she didn't want to do her job, very rude, never even knew what our problem was before she turned us away. Super unprofessional.

Far from D cent!! Actually horrible. I had them show up to snake a drain for me. The invoice says they ran the snake. I was here, they didnt run it. The older gentleman told me he found a 2 inch pipe in my basement and used that to shove the clog deeper. They took that pipe (mine) loaded it in their truck. They left about 12 gallons of sewer water in a bucket, that I supplied them with, in my basement. I had a professional company show up. They went over what D cent did, they determined that by them shoving the pipe in it clogged it worse and proved that they did not snake it. Do not use. Charged us 275 dollar's for the 30 minutes they were here. Do not use this company!!!

Called first thing Monday morning and they were here within 10 minutes! Replaced my hot water heater and had me up and running in an hour! Great customer service and did a fantastic job! They will be my first call when I need plumbing or heating services!

Came home from golfing and found water in my garage. Did some checking and found a pinhole in a pipe which was spraying water on our electrical box. I placed tape around it to keep water off of the electrical panel. I called Decent since they have been so great in the past. Within an hour two fine plumbers showed up. Not only did they fix the initial issue but fixed two other possible future problems. I cannot thank them enough. They do one heck of a job! Recommend them to anyone. Thank you Decent Plumbing!!!

So satisfied. The company went above and beyond. Not only were they here on time,
they were very knowledgeable and explained everything they did.
Not only did they change the hot water heater, they fixed a few other problems we
were not even aware of.

It's very difficult to get a plumber in this little town so when I called D Cent plumbing and had to leave a message about my hot water heater being out I wasn't expecting a returned phone call for hours. They returned my call within an hour and came out to take a look the same day. They determined they don't make the needed part for my dinosaur of a water heater and needed to be replaced. They came out first thing the next morning and had the new hot water heater install in less than two hours. They even tried to clean up after themselves when they tracked drywall dust from my basement up to my main floor, which wasn't a big deal anyway. I would definitely recommend D Cent Plumbing.
