I recommend VL Builders to anyone who wants a remodel job done professionally. They took care of everything. Kaitlyn expertly guided us through the design and materials selections. Nick did a superb job of scheduling and oversaw the project. Jason our carpenter was onsite the most and his work is impeccable, a real eye for detail. The company is agile as they quickly responded to small changes. All of their subcontractors showed up on time and performed quality work. The glass install was perfect, too. The Owner, Victor worked quietly in the background assuring a beautiful functional design. There was no punch list needed. VL is worth every dollar spent. Not only is this a skilled team, but they are a pleasant group to work with, too. The photos show how we went from a bathtub on the left and a small shower on the right to a large shower plus a huge linen closet. The Onyx materials (corian) are great as there are no grout lines anywhere. The basin is custom molded. Highly recommend!

Our experience with VL Builders was a night and day difference from other contractor experiences we've had. From the very beginning we felt like they did the work to hear what we were saying and understand our vision. They were easy to work with and always willing to try new ideas until we got it right.

The construction phase went almost exactly as planned. All the VL Builders staff and all of their subcontractors were professional and friendly (and fun!) when at our house. They had a thorough project plan and stuck to it, but they took the time to check in with us when questions came up. It was the right balance of feeling involved but not having to micromanage. The end result blew us away. They were able to see what was possible before we were, and they made it happen.

Our house feels so much more like our own now. The kitchen is now properly the beautiful center of attention. We love cooking and spending time in the space, and the layout works for as many cooks in the kitchen as we like! Our renovation joined our previous dining and kitchen spaces into one big space, and the new space is perfect for cooking AND hosting. We would not hesitate to recommend VL Builders.

It was a pleasure working with the Integrity Installations team. They were able to transform our awkward 1 1/2 bathroom into two amazing bathrooms. They did a great job staying on budget and on time. The only change orders that came up were around insulation, warped floorboards and leveling the floors for the tile to be installed which were all understandable. While also doing our bathrooms, we also tacked on installing all new doors in the house (12+ doors and closets) so everything would match. They did an excellent job on the doors for a very fair price.

We were initially reluctant to work with a turnkey company, since we like to be involved in all decisions but we felt involved in most, if not all, the decisions. We appreciate all the hard work and dedication from the entire team. Thank you

Fantastic Bathroom Remodel!

From start to finish, Integrity Installations performed our double bathroom remodels flawlessly. Bryan (owner) and Shane (project manager) met with us within a few days of our call to provide a detailed estimate. They weren't the cheapest estimate we got, but their knowledge and responsiveness to our questions won us over. Once the job got started - on time- it stayed on track to the day. When we had a medical issue come up in the middle of the project, they were accommodating of our special needs and worked to keep the job going. Change requests were received well and implemented quickly. Each worker on site was polite, considerate and cleaned up the job site every night before leaving, so we could be comfortable staying in our home. Virgil is a rockstar installer and no job was too small for him to do well. Vernon did an excellent job installing all our tile - it all came out perfectly.. Chris the plumber ably hooked up our toilet, sinks, faucets and showers with no leaks. Vicky kept us posted on the financial side of the job, providing timely detailed invoices all the way through to the end. No surprises! Our beautiful bathrooms came in on time and at budget thanks to a close watch by Bryan and Shane.

The only hiccup in the process was the initial consultation with the designer. Erin did not come out to the house, so her initial design was not what we had in mind, and did not fit the look of the rest of the house. However, with an additional consultation, we reselected materials better suited to our vision and the design was redone to fit the existing space. All's well that ends well. We are super happy with Integrity Installations and would highly recommend their services.

I have been in the Construction and Maintenance industry for nearly two decades. I had a project to complete for My wives grandmother who I cared for very much. I was not able to do the work myself in this case so I turned to Brian and his team. It has been a few years since the work was completed and there have been no issues. They made the process very easy for us and more importantly to me there was not work left behind to be completed nor was there any defects to be rectified. Kaitlyn was very knowledgeable and worked with me on design in their well appointed showroom. She also referred and set up appointments with the vendors for bathroom fixtures and carpeting.

During the renovation, Nick was conscientious about following up to provide status updates. Jason was great, especially with all the fine carpentry work. They were both responsive to the few items we brought up and followed up with their subcontractors as needed.

Overall, great experience. I was worried since this was our first major renovation but it went so well! 100% would work with them again.

We had a fantastic experience working with the Integrity Installations team on our kitchen remodel! From the first day Bryan came on-site to check out our kitchen and talk through ideas for our remodel, to the design process, to project delivery- everything went fantastic.
