My overall experience with BMC was great. Bob and Robyn were attentive to our project goals and budget. Robyn worked with us on materials and provided us with different options to add new closets. The construction team was professional. I never had a concern about leaving my house to BMC while I worked during the 2 1/2 month project. Ivan's team was top notch. The workmanship and attention to detail was exceptional. Ivan was also great in that he would reach out to make sure we got what we wanted. Our upstairs went from outdated to a contemporary awesome space. No more popcorn ceiling. The new ceiling lights, carpet, doors, windows and paint (lots of paint 😉) exceeded our expectations. The 2 bathrooms are amazing from tile work to accessories. I look forward to working with BMC on future projects.

Bob McGrath Construction has done a number of projects for CityROCK Climbing Gym downtown. The last was a 2.1M remodel in which they helped us with a totally custom and complicated revamp of the whole climbing gym. They are never condescending, super patient and had great suggestions for how to build with the least impact to our clients. It was a huge remodel and the impact couldn’t be avoided but they handled it with style. We have done $20K projects with them when 1st starting out and now the $2.1M remodel and everything in between and they have always been responsive. They are busy so constant communication helps their responsiveness.

I received very little value from this company for the amount I paid. In fact, after 9 months my simple project remained uncompleted. I had to terminate the work on the unfinished project. I had them in mind for remodeling my laundry room too, but after my experience on the first project, I am running from them.
I think your reply is simply obfuscation which has nothing to do with the fact that your project manager did not capture, retain nor execute against simple requirements like installing a mirror, checking the work of a subcontractor or cutting a hatch to inspect for a possible leak above the ceiling. None of that was caused by supply chain issues. My experience is that a distinguishing trait of Bob McGrath Construction is that no one there takes accountability.
