I wish I could leave zero stars. Here what a 4 year old house looks like from Tralon homes. The best part is when you call Tralon homes for some help and to tell them what is going on their only response is call the warranty company. I have. I submitted a claim back in August. The customer service is about as bad as the houses you build. I feel sad for anyone who is looking at all the new builds that you guys are doing. Can’t post the videos I took of all the cracking in the basement and the separation of the concrete slabs in the garage.

We bought our home earlier this year and Mike Cox has been super helpful throughout our process with warranty repairs. He is very communicative and follows up to ensure the work is complete and done right.
Most recently he was at our home to follow up on previous repairs, he was not able to be here for the full time, so he sent Shawn Jackson who was also extremely helpful and ensured that all of the different repairs were able to be complete.
At the end of the day- they both came by to triple check all things were done and up to par.
I appreciate their time and commitment to making sure that our home is 100% up to their high standard, and it goes without saying- our dogs love it when Mike comes by.

We’ve been very impressed with the selection of home models that Tralon that has to offer. We’ve just moved into ours and we love it! They have been very accommodating, working closely with us to make sure our home is your satisfaction! We’ve also been able to get our initial landscaping started almost immediately with one of their close partners! Thanks for your help!

We started the process of buying our home during covid so a lot of in person things happened virtually which was made very simple. We used the preferred lender from Saint Aubyn and they made things so easy for me with my VA loan. The incentives and military perks along with location were perfect for me and my growing family. Our first walk through went well and was very welcoming with Sterling Marten. Our Interaction with Megan Farrell initially and throughout the process was amazing too. We close on Monday and are so excited to call this house our first home! It’s been a lot of fun fun (and build up on anticipation) to watch the home being built.

We purchased a new home with St. Aubyn. Matt was fantastic to deal with in figuring out the terms. He was flexible, friendly, and no pressure. Zach was great and had wonderful demeanor and customer service when it came to the walk throughs and punch list. We’ve had some minor issues that they’ve jumped on immediately with no complaining. We love our home- it’s beautiful- and we have no regrets.

We recently had a new home built and it's fantastic. I believe that the quality vs price is better with St Aubyn than with any other builder in town. This is a truly stunning house, and it's everything we had dreamed of. We were able to customize what we wanted, and the builder was great working with us on specific upgrades and downgrades to suit our preferences. The entire process was easy and comfortable, and we feel like we got everything we were after.

But the best part about our purchase was working with the St Aubyn team. Matt and Melissa are absolutely priceless. I had a million questions and they were patient and thorough in answering them for me. They went out of their way to help us, and were an absolute pleasure to work with. When the build was closer to completion we were in frequent contact with Chuck and Jason. These guys bent over backwards to make sure everything was perfect for us! And they didn't stop at closing. They routinely check in with us and make sure everything is good, and let us know what's going on around the neighborhood. It is great to feel like the builder really cares about our experience, and will continue to be there for us if we need anything.

I'd like to give special kudos to the hardwood flooring installer, the porcelain repair guy, and the window technician. Everything in our home is fantastic, but they did an especially outstanding job for us.

One recommendation I have is go with the Modern Farmhouse upgrade. I wasn't sure about that particular option, but I'm so glad I went with it! I get so many compliments on how nice it looks. We are looking forward to many happy years in our new Everest by St Aubyn.

Tralon is an interesting one. If it wasn't for the incentives during early to mid 2024, I wouldn't have bought a house. They definitely made it possible, even at the high price point of some of their available homes/locations. So take that bit and remember that for the rest of the review (3.99% 30 year fixed + closing costs paid)

I'd say right away, the houses felt well put together, stable and solid, however. The craftsmanship itself is where Tralon probably lacks the most. There's no shame in acknowledging that Tralon is for-profit, they want to turn these homes over fast, they want to make money, i get it. Everybody needs to get paid. Few examples:

The baseboards in rooms where there is no carpet, they're not completely touching the floor making an actual connection, but rather they're a little floaty. A lot of the interior doors are all slightly off, some are a little taller than others, some are a little shorter than others.

Some other random bits; on walls where there is a light switch and an outlet, they aren't stacked vertically, when they should be. The worst one is when you come down the steps, and in front of you is a light switch, an outlet, the thermostat, and the doorbell ring mechanism are all off center from each other and it looks pretty bad when you start to notice. The carpet where it butts up against the trim itself is loose in a lot of areas, and stables are exposed. Things like that where you ask yourself "I paid half a million dollars for this house, and every room has something about it that can be picked apart".

One thing I'll give Tralon is the warranty folks are phenomenal. Absolutely phenomenal. Shawn is super quick to email back, he's very kind and does care about the experience you're having with whatever is going on. Shawn takes that warranty experience to the next level - I've called him now about 3 separate issues (AC, garage door, switch out some cosmetic stuff in a bathroom) and each time he's on time ready to help. He's probably the best part of the entire experience of owning a Tralon home.
