We absolutely love our Goetzmann Custom Home. We've live in our home about 6 months and the craftsmanship has been the best. Phil and Karen and the rest of the team were always responsive and ensured our home was 100% perfect when we closed. If you're thinking of buying one of their homes, you will get a much higher level of attention to detail and perfection than with the other larger homebuilders.

Phil and crew at Goetzmann Custom Homes are a great home builder to work with and the best in the business. Customer service and construction quality are 2nd to none! If I could give them 10 stars I would. There is no other builder I would trust to build the home of my dreams. I would recommend Goetzmann to anybody looking to build a custom home.

The Goetzmann Homes are the most amazing and gorgeous homes in Colorado! They are built sturdy and made to last with each room designed in such a way that makes the home spacious and yet homey feeling. The staff are also amazing and were so knowledgeable and fun to work with. The Interior decorator is a true artist and inspired me in so many ways I never thought possible!!!!! Thank you Goetzmann Team!!!!!!

I recently visited a couple of the model homes and fell in love with the layouts. They flow so well and it’s clear Goetzmann has attention to detail and takes pride in their work. The model homes are beautifully decorated and provided me with just the inspiration I needed! The staff are all so friendly and have been wonderful to work with!

Great customer service! Phil, TerriAnn and their staff were very quick in responding to our questions and last minute changes we wanted throughout the building process. We chose to buy our home from Phil Goetzmann because of the quality we saw in his model homes and our finished home did not disappoint! Very comfortable interior and exterior space and many large widows! We love our home!!!

Had a horrible experience with Goetzmann Homes. We had a new construction in The Farm and we pointed out issues with the paint color (basically they painted the wrong exterior color) so Goeztmann decides to terminate our contract so he could sell for more money, in my opinion. Please be very careful working with Goetzmann Homes. Wish I could give a zero rating. UPDATE to the Owner Response below - The paint color didn't match Goetzmann's own sample and we were told it's "close enough". The Control joints are crooked/slanted from one side to another. Not sure how that's all good? And it took Phil 15 mins to terminate the contract. Really unprofessional. Can you tell what solutions were offered? as I recall it was nothing. Resolution was termination letter.
