We worked with Northbuilt Construction to remodel two bathrooms for a client--one full remodel, and one smaller refresh.
From the start, Alex made the client feel comfortable by clearly explaining his company, the process, and costs before getting started with any work. Once we began working together, we were impressed by how well the team collaborated and communicated when clarifying our design, or finalizing details.
The tile work wasn't easy, but their installer did a fantastic job and the whole project turned out beautifully! A couple of adjustments needed to be made throughout the project, and the team handled it quickly and professionally. Highly recommend them for any remodel project!

Northbuilt did excellent work on a remodeling/reconstruction job at my house in Boulder. I had originally hired them to remodel 3 bathrooms, and then I had a pipe break (winter related). So the job suddenly became a lot bigger and complicated because it included demoing and reconstructing 2 bedrooms and a wood paneled living room.

Alex, Michael and the rest of the team were on top of it, and their crew was great. Every person that came to my house was professional, courteous and trustworthy.
The job took longer than anticipated but I was kind of prepared for that to be the case given the extent of the work.
The one thing that stands out is Alex’s integrity (he’s the owner). He made sure that I was 100% happy with the final results. When we had a miscommunication about a material to be used, he didn’t hesitate to change it (at his cost) and never made me feel bad about it.
I love the end result and am happy to have hired Northbuilt!

Northbuilt did a remodel for us about a year ago which included the kitchen, a bathroom and the floors. The consultation process was great. They made suggestions, listened to what we wanted and ultimately made a design that worked for us. Ivan suggested a cabinet finish we love and came up with a design that fits perfectly for what we wanted. The quality of the work is extremely high and we have full confidence that everything was done correctly. We made a last minute change by adding the floors and baseboards and they were able to accommodate us. The timeline was a little longer than originally proposed but that's remodels for you! We highly recommend them and would use them for a future project.

Use Northbuilt to demo and rebuild a master bathroom project due to a leaking shower pan. Project included significant demo, rebuilding the shower, installing new floor tiling with heat underneath and tiling around the tub to match the shower. They were really great at giving us options around decisions and assisting us on decisions that we weren't sure about. Entire project turned out great and would definitely use them again for future projects.
