their communication is aweful. My mom called 1 day they claimed they had time and would be out around 2pm. Yea 2pm came and left, 3 came and left, 4 came and left our plans had to change just to wait for a tech that clearly wasn't coming out. And not a single phone call from them saying they weren't going to make it out that day. Next day came no phone call first thing in the morning about not showing up the day before. But got a phone call around 1pm oh the tech will be out in a hour, hour and a half. 2 came and left, 3 came and left, 4 no one showed up. I left for work watched the cameras at my place they showed up after 4. No phone call that they were going to be late NOTHING! They are not considerate of their customers time. I'd rather have a phone call that hey we aren't going to make it or we are going to be late instead of me being close to being late for my business or canceling my plans to wait around for someone to not show up. The communication it my big problem because if me or someone else wasn't at the house we'd have to deal with rescheduling and likely a bill for the techs time, but yet we have to cancel plans or be late for what we have going on to wait on them and they may or may not show up at all or on some what time. I get they have customers and things may take longer than normal but that's what a simple phone call can solve

We waited 3 days to wait for a technician from another company & still didn't have an appt scheduled. Thanks to Quad for responding the same day to our request. And they did exactly what we needed.

First I want to qualify my statements with the fact that I’ve been both a rental tenant and a homeowner. I know as a homeowner the kind of service you generally receive from a plumbing business. (As I stated I have had a variety of services performed by various plumbers as a homeowner) I also know the kind of service you tend to receive as a tenant of a rental rather than an owner. You’re often treated as unimportant and a non priority. The owner calls for a repair and no matter the service the plumber will get to it when they get to it.
NOT THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE OUTSTANDING! In all seriousness, we had our heat stop working last year and they were prompt in coming out, because they needed to order a part it could not be fixed for a few days HOWEVER, they brought over , without being asked, at least 3 space heaters to ensure we were warm until it could be repaired. We very much appreciate being treated just as good as an owner would be. Fast, reliable and KIND service!!! Thank you Quad County!

They were the only company that would help us replace our boiler and we live in Sterling. The service was outstanding and their service man hung in there until the job was done. Another positive is they were here when they said they would be.
