I hired Ace to repair my roof on an insurance claim I had filed. Robert Pond was in charge and submitted the claim to the insurance company. Little did I know, Robert filed several frivolous claims to my insurance company in order to get more work. The company came out to do the repair and was very rough in the roof. They knocked down several light fixtures under my deck. I fired the company when I found out what had been going on and did the last little fixes myself. Since the repair I have been dealing with water running behind my gutters. About a year ago I had a company install leaf filters on my gutters since the company would realign the gutters and fix whatever needed to be fixed. Turns out, Ace Construction installed the wrong drip edge when they replaced the roof. It’s too late though, all of my soffits have been damaged to the point they need to be replaced. I suspect the good reviews are from family and friends but I would not suggest this company to my worst enemy.

Rob and the entire staff at ACE Construction were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and punctual. The office manager was outstanding...every call I made was answered quickly and all of my questions were answered thoroughly. I received the quote faster than expected and they did an excellent job on the roof (and cleaned up completely after they were done!) I would highly recommend them for any work you need done on your house!

A.C.E. Construction and Exteriors replaced the roof on my house and the experience was fast and professional. Good job cleaning up! My insurance denied me twice that year to replace my roof. Rob assured me I had hail and wind damage and that he would meet the adjuster the next time. Well, that was it. Insurance agreed and paid for my roof! He even got them to replace the drip edge which originally they denied! Great company and wonderful service. I highly recommend them!

With the onslaught of hailstorms this year, finding the right company to do the repairs can be so stressful and a hassle. ACE Constructions & Exteriors was recommended to us and we couldn't be more happy we chose them! The team at ACE is so professional yet they care for you on a personal level, which can be hard to come by these days. They were timely and tidy and communicated with my husband and I throughout the entire process. We hope the worst of the hailstorms have passed, but if not, we'd hire ACE time and time again! Great customer service!! Knowledgeable and friendly staff :-). They helped take care of my mothers roof after a horrific hail storm that nearly tore her house apart. They got her a great deal on ceramic siding, and accommodated her every need and fixed every issue she had. I would recommend ACE Construction to everyone.

I had the best experience with this company! Where most roofers just hustle you for your money I found that Ace was a very personable company who were really there to help and assist me through it all from beginning to end. I am a single mother and sometimes it is very difficult to find someone who isn't just trying to get over on you and take you for everything! Ace construction and Exteriors did a great job on several repairs to include a new roof. I was told the repairs could be completed for the insurance allowance less any deductible or upgrades. That is what was done and I could not be more pleased, Great folks to work with.
