If I could give zero stars I would. Very poor communication, if any at all. I have been promised return calls multiple times, and have yet to receive any. No follow up on any requests for information. Very disappointing and frustrating.

Not happy with this company. Tried to overcharge me.When I responded to Brian about the bill via email, no response. I tried again and left a message with Brian whom inspected the ceiling. No response. I finally received another past due letter. I called the number again that was on the invoice and got the accountant and she was rude! Told me I was late and should pay the amount. I told her we had agreed to the base cost of $350.00 because Brian said that would be all the time needed. I was sent a bill of $450.00. I explained that and she said OK and she would send out the correct bill of $350.00 so I could pay it. I finally...received another bill for the same amount of $450.00. She didn't change the amount but expected me to pay the $350.00 anyway. I called her back that day and again she was rude. Told me the amount had been changed in their billing, but would not change the invoice amount. This would have showed a balance of $75.00. I finally...received the correct invoice. This has taken months to resolve do to the lack of communication and overcharge attempt. SIDE NOTE...I asked for a paper copy as a backup to the emailed PDF so just in case there was an issue later with my computer system, plus a paper copy has the stamp more prominent verses a printed out copy. They didn't like this. I had to demand they send it. Finally they sent me a simple paper copy.

Unfortunately we had a very disappointing experience with Entech. If I could go back and do it again, I would’ve chosen a different engineers. Our project fell through the cracks multiple times, and was obviously not a priority. The lack of communication between their own employees regarding our project as well as with us and others working on the project was definitely sub-par. When we brought concerns to them, they didn’t seem to take it serious. I’m disappointed in their lack of professionalism at least as far as our project is concerned.
