I couldn’t be a happier with the quality of service by Deb at Coates Realty. When I was in a position to sell my rental home, it had come after an eviction that left my home in a condition considerably different than when I left it. Deb was right by my side before, during and after the eviction offering words of advice and helping me see the “bright side” of things. And I mean Deb was LITERALLY at my side. She was there to help me with anything I needed. Her level of service is rare to find in the real estate business. But she gave me her time, always made me feel at ease and helped us get a fair price for my home. I would 100% use Deb again and would give her the highest recommendation to anyone who asked.
