As a real estate investor, you are only ever as good as the guys you are working with, and I can say that there is absolutely no one I would rather call than Brian Goodman for our projects. He is truly the guy you call in for the tough jobs, the ones they say can't be done. He continues to more than pay for himself with inventive ideas, suggestions, and consulting. I dare you to find someone more knowledge about residential construction than Brian Goodman and the team at Kimber Construction.

Brian answered our first phone call and came to look at our job. Brought his carpenter to measure for bookcases. Told us he was ordering the 2 doors we needed. Then went off to Hawaii for 2 week vacation. Since his return he did not call us nor does he return our phone calls. A waste of about 4 weeks overall of our time and now we have to start over with another contractor. He may be competent if unreliable.
