Can’t recommend this company enough. Melissa was so kind and understanding of our situation. She was able to get their engineer, Matt, out to our house very quickly for a foundation inspection to help us get out of a groundworks contract that was unnecessary. Matt was very reassuring and answered all of our questions about our first home. Thank you guys so much for your thoroughness and kindness with such an intimidating part of home owning.

Mark & Matt were/have been amazing - when Criterium heard the nightmare of a foundation quote we were given they sent TWO (not just one) engineers out to look over our sinking basement floor and guide us in a responsible direction of what needed to happen.

We've gone through being pulled in different directions by an awful foundation company - but Mark & Matt now make us feel that we're in good hands of the next plan of action.
