I had started the process of procuring a PEMB building, and needed to find an erection company that would put it up. I contacted Mountain States and it was probably the best decision I made. I had contracted them for both the unloading of the building and the erection. They were incredible to work with, after several delays from the building supplier they were still able to get me unloaded. They also helped with finding a concrete company to pour the foundation. That company was great and understood the need to get the anchor bolts set correctly, which is why Mountain States promoted them as they had worked with them on prior builds. Once the foundation was poured and cured they quickly went to work getting the garage built. There again was a hiccup with the building supplier but Mountain States understood and hung by me as the issue was worked out. They could have charged me for the delay as it was not there fault nor mine. Instead they also went to bat for me ensuring that I was being taken care of. I have enclosed a few pictures of the build as well as the final product. I would have my family or anyone else I know use them to erect their building. I know that the only feed back I would get was like the one I experienced full of gratitude and trust in knowing that they care as much as you do in getting it done and with great pride in the workmanship and it showed. Thanks again for your great work.

It has been a pleasure to work with Mountain State Construction (Zach Hoffman, Jeremy Sacks, and the whole erection crew) recently on my metal shop building project. I chose the erection crew carefully since this building needed to be a show piece of quality construction and attention to detail. The Mountain State Construction crew did not disappoint. From the start & throughout the project, the crew ensured the primary structure was plumb & true, the ceiling & wall panels were carefully aligned, all fasteners were evenly spaced & level, and all trim pieces were carefully constructed & weather tight. This building included design features such as standing seam roof, eave overhangs, stone masonry, and extra insulation which all required careful installation & crew experience. There were construction challenges due to incorrect and unexpected materials from the manufacturer. The crew took it upon themselves to help resolve those issues and suggest alternatives to avoid impacting the project schedule. I would certainly recommend Mountain State Construction if you are looking for a crew that is experienced, detailed, helpful, friendly, and safe.

Mountain State’s crew was a great choice to have our building erected by. Zach and Jeremy worked with me on my time frame and their crew did a great job helping us fulfill our retirement dreams. I will hire them to erect our next building.

After my original contractor failed to deliver after promising to erect my building for nearly 12 months, Zach Hoffman and Mountain State Construction was able to source a crew on very short notice which allowed us to complete the building before seasonal snow which would have delayed the construction at least another 5 months. Further, during construction we found several critical structural pieces missing but Zach worked directly with the fabricator to secure timely replacements. The 3-man construction crew were true professionals as well and were great to work with. My only regret was not contracting with Zach and Mountain State first!

The Mountain State Team is great to work with. The crew is so amazing and fast. We were shocked at how fast they moved and how great the work was. We had a few issues with our building which was not their fault and they helped us get everything resolved with our building manufacturer. We love our new Building!

The 4 man crew arrived on time, in uniforms, briefed us as to who was in command, conducted expectation management, and got to work! Concurrently, a semi delivered 3 pieces of equipment and retrieved them the day after project completion. The crew was respectful, clean, and highly efficient. Halfway through the first day, it was very apparent these young men were experienced with our particular brand of building. Their progress was phenomenal! A couple of field modifications needed to be made and they executed flawlessly to keep the project on track. Communication is another strong point. Not only among the crew, but also with Zac back at the headquarters. There were periods of time when we physically could not be at the project site, and we completely trusted the team to execute. Our building looks great, and we have received numerous inquiries from neighbors and construction vendors in the area. We received several days of rain shortly after project completion, and there were no leaks. Finally, we wish we would have known that Mountain State Construction sells steel buildings and can get them to you in two months. We waited 17 months for Great Western Buildings to deliver our building. The cost of doing business with this company is well worth the cost.

Our experience with Mountain State Construction was excellent. The garage they built for us was off grid in an area where getting to the cabin was windy, dirt roads, however Zach was able to accommodate us. We even had to delay our installation due to a fire, which Zach was able to get us on track quickly after that. The installation crew was very meticulous and detailed and ensured the installation was completed correctly. We appreciated their dedication. Zach was also able to schedule a garage door installer for us, which we struggled to find. Whenever we contacted Zach for help or questions he got back to us quickly. We are very satisfied with the completion of our garage installation and highly recommend Mountain State Construction. The quality of the material used and dedication of the entire team was top notch.
