COOL! The facility is very cool. Lots of food options. The game was great, and the F-35 flyover through the clouds was definitely a treat. So glad I was able to see a game here!

Note that if you're coming in to watch games for the first time NOT to bring the following or the event staff will turn you away at the door and have you bring the stuff back to your vehicle:

🔸️ NO water bottles or drinks that's already been opened. They'll make you toss it.
🔸️ All bags have to be in those see-through plastic bags.
🔸️ NO umbrellas, aerosol can sprays (sunscreen must be the rubbed kind), no food (they want you to buy it from concessions).
🔸️ Nope, you can't bring Starbucks coffees inside.

The setting is absolutely stunning, with the stadium nestled in the beautiful Colorado mountains. The views alone make it worth the trip, but the energy and atmosphere inside the stadium take it to another level.

The fans are incredibly passionate and respectful, creating a lively yet family-friendly environment. You can feel the pride and tradition in the air, and the pre-game flyovers by the Air Force planes are a truly unique and thrilling experience. The stadium is well-maintained, clean, and offers great seating options with clear views from nearly every angle.

Concessions were solid, and despite the large crowd, everything was organized, from parking to the ease of getting in and out. If you’re a football fan or just love the energy of live sports in a stunning setting, you’ve got to catch a game at Falcon Stadium. Highly recommend!

I visited the U.S. Air Force Academy Falcon Stadium when I was living in Colorado Springs and was blown away by the incredible view and impressive facilities. The stadium itself is beautifully designed, with plenty of seating and great sightlines from every angle. But what really sets this stadium apart is the stunning mountain backdrop - the view of the surrounding peaks is simply breathtaking.

The staff at the stadium were friendly and helpful, and the whole experience felt incredibly professional and well-organized. Even the concessions were top-notch.

Overall, I had a fun time at Falcon Stadium and would recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch sports experience. Whether you're a die-hard fan of the Air Force Academy Falcons or just looking for a memorable day out, this stadium is definitely worth a visit.

Not attending a sporting event, but for a graduation, the Air Force Academy has the event down to a science. VIP attendees means the Secret Service is in charge of security, so expect longer than TSA wait times. Clear bag policy and no open liquids or foods, except for unopened - visit the academy web page for details beforehand. Concessions are also available after clearing security. The graduation is 4 hours minimum, sun and usually some rain so bring lotion style sunscreen and a disposable rain poncho. We had sleet and rain, but it lasted maybe 10 minutes. The stadium is in and at the Rocky Mountains, after all. Expect long traffic lines getting on to and leaving the base, but not much wait or idling as base security knows what they're doing and keeps traffic flowing, just a bit slower Plan for the day, read the website, expect lines and crowds and go in to Zen mode. Go enjoy your Cadet's graduation and first day of his or her military career as an officer.
