We are long time clients of Westover Construction. We have used Westover for house planning, construction of remodeled 1935 cabin to our current home, deck expansion, bathroom remodel as well as a variety of smaller jobs.
Working with Westover has been an absolute pleasure - Mark and his staff not only provided professionalism and timely work but made the process fun and complete. We would absolutely recommend them for all construction and planning needs.

We have them scheduled for an outdoor kitchen this summer and looking forward to working with them. They’re the best!

Westover just completed a full kitchen and master bath remodel for us in Estes Park. We selected Westover because of their reputation for quality and professionalism, and, they did not disappoint. This is a tough time to find quality trades people and Westover's crew is professional and top notch. As with most remodels, we had issues and various delays, but Westover continued to stay on top of the issues and were able to delivery a high quality result. They presented us with a budget in advance and then they were very transparent with monthly invoices and explanations. We would use them again in the future and we recommend them to others.

Step 1 in the process was casting the vision and Bob Iwanicki, who was our key architect not only got it but created and added to the vision in ways Pam and I had not even considered. The end result was the creation of our home which is timeless and is all about the majestic views, open spaces, and no wasted space. Thank you Bob for your true artistry and expertise!
Step 2 was the execution of the vision. This is where Jordan Nuffer took over as project manager. From day one, we challenged Jordan to be proactive and look for things, regardless of how small, to discuss and work on before it became too late to flex and change. He did an outstanding job and alerted us to all kinds of micro decisions, which have resulted in our forever home truly becoming our Dream home! His attention to detail was very impressive as he saw and found things that we would have missed along the way! We were Blessed to have him managing our complex project from start to finish!
Step 3 was getting all of the numerous interior details just right, like working a very complex jigsaw puzzle. Valerie Dascoli was our artist and expert on this parallel pathway and she nailed it! The stains and granites and tiles and cabinets all come together perfectly to our tastes and we couldn’t be happier with the final combination!
The best part of our entire experience is that these professionals are even better people and we consider all of them life long friends we can do life with here in Estes Park!! The Westover Team is simply the BEST if you’re looking to build your lifelong dream home in this area!

Westover Construction built our Estes Park home in 2006. The quality of workmanship and the service was extraordinary. When we recently had a dishwasher leak that affected a lower-level bedroom (ceiling and wall dry wall, carpet and pad) and a small area of cherry flooring in front of the appliance, we turned to Westover for the re-build work. Our exceptional experience with the initial build was far exceeded by this re-do. The project lead that Mark Westover tabbed was Will Erickson. Will is not only a skilled manager with an easy-going affable personality but he is willing to do whatever extra is necessary to do the job "right". My wife, Lucia, has nursed a holiday cactus, a jade plant and an exotic plumeria for years. Since we were going to be out of the house for three weeks (more later on why we were out for so long) or so due to the mitigation and re-build work, Will volunteered to tend the plants in our absence. Not only did they survive but they thrived.
Now, the length of time we were banished: Although only a relatively small section of the cherry flooring was water damaged, the flooring sub, Ken Smith of NewStep Flooring, opined that it was necessary to re-finish the entire cherry flooring to ensure that the new finish did not clash with the original. Our insurance adjuster agreed so Ken re-finished the entire 1967 sq' of cherry flooring on our main level. Like the rest of the workmanship on this project, Ken is a true craftsman. The floors have never looked as good as they do now. He even removed some imperfections from the original sanding. I rarely give reviews but for Westover, Will Erickson, Ken Smith and all of the others who worked on this project- Well Done!

Westover completed our SUMMIT Church renovation and we couldn't be happier with the experience and end product. They took an old 1940's concrete building and transformed it into a 21st century work of art. We are grateful to have worked with Westover Construction, as their team was knowledgeable and easy to work with. We had an unfortunate accident at Vert Coworking that left a vehicle trapped under our portico. Westover personnel came within minutes of our call and used their personnel’s expertise and equipment to quickly and safely repair the damage. They are amazing - professional, responsive, talented. Highly recommend them for any construction needs!

Crossroads Ministry couldn't be happier with our new building that came as an exchange of properties from Westover Construction. We definitely received the better end of the deal and we are extremely grateful. As I give tours of our building, everyone is always so complimentary of the beautiful space that we get to serve our community out of now. Before we officially moved into the building we needed help transforming a large garage into The Market where we serve hundreds of families with groceries each month. We also added on some space to the back of the building where we have a walk-in cooler and freezer along with a repackaging kitchen. The construction process happened during Covid which was not easy, but together with the expertise of Westover Construction we made it to the finish line and we've been running strong ever since. Thank you to the Westover team for being such incredible community partners!
