We needed a quick engineering consultation for a structural concern that seemed unsafe. We had been working with a contractor for a deck replacement and we became very concerned on a Friday about unsafe supports holding up the patio roof while the project seemed to be at a standstill for an undetermined amount of time. We doubted that we could get an engineering consultation before the weekend, but we communicated with Gina, office manager, who quickly put us in contact with Steve. He looked at pictures of the problem, spoke with my husband and gave excellent recommendations to address the problem ASAP. He also offered helpful guidance on what we needed to communicate to the deck contractor in order to get the job on track. He did all of this as a favor to us (a really nice surprise!). We highly recommend this company. Very responsive and professional. DCP is great find for us and we hope to use them for other projects that require structural engineering expertise.

I am an Architect and have used the structural engineering services of DCP LLC for 6 years now. They have done the structural engineering on all of my projects all over the state of Colorado and I wouldn't trust anyone else to do so. They are extremely thorough in their work and details, very knowledgeable regarding efficient engineering solutions, competitively priced, and great to work with. I highly recommend their engineering services for any project you might be considering!

Expensive and very unresponsive. You pay (a lot) for a service an easy and quick service ($600 to tell you need a structural beam, that we already know we needed!), but if there are further questions, forget about getting answers. Don’t waste your time and money, there are many other companies doing the same, and much more professional.

I sent 3 emails.. zero responses. Including one with the receipt of what was paid. And none of the message bounced back..

And, in regard of the other reviews, that’s none of your business. Maybe, just a professional suggestions as it seams you don’t have any skills for that, you should spend time on your business/customers instead of reading internet reviews. That would prevent them.. But one thing that I really don’t like, specially if I’m paying, is unprofessional, careless, not customer focus and entitled people. The response might have been good or bad, but not responding is completely unacceptable.
