Don't buy a home from these SCAMMERS, please trust me, they only want your money. They build cheap homes with cheap labor, some homes roofs structure had to be repaired while they were in them, brand new homes barely a year old. Their arcitech is experimenting on builds and we ended up with our master bathrooms shower plumbing on the outside wall, and it froze year 1, and they don't want to fix it. I'm afraid I will have sell this junk before it falls apart on me.
That seemed like AI generated answer, no truth,no feeling. I don't want your fake response I want to not risk my family with electrocution or a electric fire, cause I have to put heaters in a dripping show while I sleep. Come fix my "home" that I spent $500,000+ on.

Ive looked at other builders in my area and was very impressed with Home Creations which has gone above and beyond where other builders haven’t - so much so I purchased one of their lovely homes. Like with all new construction there will be little hiccups but over all I am very satisfied with my purchase. Thank you HC for being responsive and for a wonderfully built home.

The overall buying process went smoothly. All issues were quickly addressed and taken care of. Home is lovely and very well built.
David, the property manager, was great to work with!

The only issue we had was with the lender. Do not use the wells fargo lender they provide. He is an embarrassment to lenders. He completely forgot about things constantly and required constant supervision.
Save yourself the hassle and use one of their other lenders. You will thank yourself afterwards.

Very impressed with Gitte Bunting and her ability to work with us. She went WAY beyond what she needed to do to help us. She has checked in on us to make sure everything was going well. She has made calls to help us when we’ve had some small issues. What really sold us the house was that Gitte was there with every step of the way. I can’t say enough how much she helped.

The house is great. Love the neighborhood. I wish there was more green space- that is the only complaint I have with the neighborhood.

I am a first time home buyer and I'm about to move into a newly built home. I must say, the experience throughout the process has been GREAT! I want to especially give Anna Adney a great review because she was always giving updates on the home's construction and was very professional the entire time. She wasn't pushy and responded to all of my questions in a timely and positive manner. I really appreciate her and the job she does! I would definitely recommend Home Creations to anyone. They are a great company. I can see why they've been around for decades. Great quality and outstanding customer service!
