My experience with Temple Management, specifically my landlord Drew, has been nothing but exceptionally wonderful. I'm currently renting one of his apartments and I couldn't be happier. I'm especially happy with Drew's level of care. He meets and exceeds all expectations I had in a landlord. Living in Ohio, we get lots of snow, and Drew himself and his team, have been working their a**** off shoveling the snow and making the rental property safe and clear. I also would like to mention, when I first reached out to Drew when I saw this rental listing online, he responded less than 12 hours later. True customer care! I would HIGHLY recommend working with Temple Management and renting one of their properties. You won't be disappointed!

Drew is a very understanding and tolerant landlord. He cares about his tenants but is not intrusive in any way. He takes care of any maintenance problems or concerns you may have quickly—you just need to ask. The rent at his properties is extremely reasonable and usually includes part if not all utilities and WiFi cable! That’s a hard deal to find anywhere! I will definitely be staying with Temple Management!

I rented an apartment at the Carolanne building on Annadale Ave. for a year. The apartment was newly renovated , very clean and cozy with new appliances and carpet. You couldn't ask for a better landlord than Andrew. Any issues I might have had, he would respond immediately and resolve them just as fast. Internet and parking were included with the rent which was a really nice bonus If I ever come back to work in Akron again, I will be sure to check with Temple Real Estate for my lodging!

I rented from Drew for 8 yrs. Reasable rent wifi and basic cable included..Good guy helped tenants that's needed to get food , medications and took them to get furniture if they needed some. Had bug problem with new tenant moving in..had it taken care of the next day. They came out every month to spray. No more bugs. Can not go wrong renting from this company.
