Worst company to date been at a 2.3 stars for years , they do not care about there properly or there residents, the property has countless heath and building code violations, like a hot water heater installed with a normal outdoor drop cord for the whole building , do not live here

My fiancé and I rented from the Merryweathers in 2022 and it was the worst experience we’ve EVER had. We had to fight to get into an apartment because they refuse to answer their phones and lied about having open properties until I was in person with proof of unoccupied apartments. A few months after moving in I personally fell I’ll and was hospitalized when we went to them and talked to them about the situation and having to make rent in payments due to my fiancé being the only one working. They were more than happy to work with us. Upon submitting our next payment for rent we were served with an eviction notice and a court date. The took everything we had drug us through the mud and walked away with a smile on their face. They don’t give a single concern about their residents nor their properties. They’re heartless and looking for the next person they can bleed dry.

Terrible rusty water older buildings that need to be gutted out wouldn't accommodate me when I asked to move into a bigger unit then when I move to another apartment elsewhere they wouldn't give me my deposit back saying I didn't give them a full 30 day notice! When I'm going elsewhere I gave a full written notice that I was leaving! MOVING waits for nobody!!!!! DONT CHEAT yourself moving to anything these Slumlords manage!

I love living here! You have the typical apartment problems like in all apartments but management handles it quickly! I love how easy it is to talk to management too. Building is pretty quiet too. I love how vintage it is and the hardwood floors.

Don’t sign a lease with this management company. They invest zero money into keeping the properties properly maintained. We were reassured at the time of signing the lease that all the problems I pointed out were going to be taken care of but moved into a house that had not been cleaned from the previous tentant. There is ripped up carpet, a front door and original windows that need replaced, an a ton of painting that needed to be done. The only thing that this management company has going for them is their maintenance staff. Paul and Nick are kind, helpful and the only ones who seem to actually care about the problems we’ve faced since taking possession of the keys.

I have called three times in the past two weeks about moving into one of their properties. They never answer the phone, and have never gotten back to me to tell me if the property even had any units available. Don't waste your time here.
