Mike Anter and the JAMM RE group did an amazing job from start to finish with helping me purchase and also sell my first real estate investment property. Michael Coljohn of JAMM Real Estate was my agent in the recent sale of my home in Parma, OH. The decision to downsize and sell was a daunting task for me. I had been the owner of my 1935 home for 25 years and was leaving for apartment living. Mike made this task much easier for me. He was readily available to provide suggestions, answer any questions or concerns and we were in regular communication from start to finish including items I needed to know or do after the sale. He guided and directed the process in a clear, logical and timely manner. In addition, Mike's calm personality and confident manner helped me personally with, as I said, a daunting task.
