We had a project they did the recommendation survey on. When I called for clarification, the phone was answered, and I received a call back from a person unfamiliar with the case. From that point on, I performed all measurements, work to secure the required task at hand with heavy equipment, and completed the work perfectly without any proper consult from them.
I would support the concept that the project superintendent's observation, findings, coordination of the contract particulars, and decisions thereto are final, without any help from these inspectors.
I felt their effort was inconsistent and poor at best.

The service was great Kevin was very knowledgeable about why my Barn was failing, Old Man Rivers built the structure on a peat bog in 1902... to bad Kevin wasn’t around to design it back then...
