One night I was unable to close our garage door after a little accident and Ryan at the Door Company promptly came to the house and solved the issue. We have had the company service our garage door on two different occasions and they are the only company we care to use because of their knowledge and friendly customer service. Ryan answered all of our questions and had the door fixed in less than 30 minutes! About three years ago I called the Yuba City location regarding having a broken spring replaced. Jim sent a service man out and made a temp fix to allow me to use the door while they ordered the required springs.
I was so impressed I had them also install a new opener.
I decided it was time to replace the entire door this summer, without any hesitation I call The Door Company.
Jim answered all my questions and quoted the job over the phone.
Two days latter Ryan and his partner arrived as scheduled and did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend The Door Company of
Yuba City for any of your door related needs.
I'm sure you will be highly impressed with Jim, his Office Manager, and any of the service techs, Ryan is a out standing representative

Perfect, and better than fair price! Look, it's no fun coming home to discover garage door doesn't work, spring broke, but that is just how it goes. Neighbor recommended The Door CO. Called them at 10am and both springs replaced by noon. The tech, Ryan got everything done and didn't try to cram in extra costs. Wish all transactions could be this positive. My one problem with this service is, when they installed my new door, my 3 year old door opener suddenly stopped working. They stated they would be happy to replace it for $400+ and install for $125. Just seems like a coincidence.....wonder if anyone else had the same experience. OH, I bought a new one at HD for $158 and a friend installed.
