Dear Lance and the whole CalTech Environmental team,

I am writing to express my deepest gratitude for your generous donation and installation of a new state-of-the-art septic system for my home. As a widow of a veteran on a fixed income, I was feeling hopeless and desperate when my old system collapsed. You came to my rescue and restored my faith in humanity by offering me a free system as a way of honoring my husband's service and giving back to the community.

This is a huge gift, and it brought me to tears. It gives me hope to know that there are still people like you in our world, who care about others and want to make a difference. They finished the job in 3 days which was great, but they were very unprofessional.We have 3 girls ages 4,11 & 14. All day long they were saying the F word outside our girls bedroom. They also tapped into our electrical box and now none of our outside lights to the house work. When they arrived we had a fire pit outside which had 10 boulders the size of basketballs which they buried with the tractor they brought. They also moved a flat trailer by the fire pit that doesn't have any wheels on it and we have no way of moving it back where it was. And lastly they left part of the old leach line here.

Lance Bates and his company replaced our septic system leach field. The job was professional and quick. He explained all of the available options so I could make the best decision on how to proceed. The billing process and amounts were exactly as we discussed. He knew his way around the permitting process which eliminated any hassles on that score.

They knock it out of the ball park. When it came to customer service, engineering, helping out with the permit Process they were fantastic the groundcrew was exceptionally excellent they kept me up-to-date informed and when they were done they did a fantastic job cleaning up
