Choosing a builder can be a stressful task. We looked at a number of builders and ultimately decided on Schumacher. Our experience has been wonderful. Kim our designer was awesome and our personal builder Mark was a rockstar. We were able to call/text him when we needed to with questions or concerns. Each week we had a status call where he would tell us what was happening for the week and what to expect. We had access to the house during the build to check and make sure everything was what we expected and if we had concerns (very few) they were address. My wife and I are extremely please with our new home and happy we decided on Schumacher to build it. Thank you Kim and Thank you Mark! ... And a shout out to Leah for putting up with me 🙂
