First off, if I could give minus 0 stars I would, this bottom feeder of real estate is manipulative and a liar. Unprofessional and delusional. I spoke with a young lady who used to work for her BRIEFLY and she had her do a bunch of work then fired her then fabricated text from a client's phone in order to have as evidence to make this young lady lose her license. Yes the young lady was wrong for dealing with the loan officer after she was fired but messy Jesse is just that. She is a horrible person and I'm surprised she is allowed to operate. I found the young man the day after Christmas and he is so nice that I had to convince him not to give her money he said he was planning on giving her. For some reason he wants to do business with her still. Her loan officer is just as messy. I highly advise that NO ONE do business with this bottom feeder.

I contacted Goodman Services LLC for a house renovation job. I needed rooms painted, flooring laid, and outside stair rail installed. She sent me a contractor but he wasn’t working out. Because of my lack of communication, I made the mistake of not letting Goodman Services know sooner that I was displeased with the outcome. When I did make them aware, they were quick to resolve the problem, sent me another contractor who did a wonderful. All the issues has been resolved and I have a beautiful home. I trust Goodman Services, I would definitely call on them again.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH JESSIE ROBINSON!!!! She is extremely unprofessional, greedy and selfish. She will do anything she can to keep your money and rip you off! I was a wonderful tenant who never asked for anything! I worked full time and kept the place very clean and she was nothing but a nightmare to deal with, she doesn’t communicate and doesn’t stick to her promises. Find yourself someone else to do business with who cares about people and puts people first. She is very inconsiderate. You won’t get your deposit back due to her greed.

She said that I did not do my job for the entire month of September, Aparently, I am not the only VA that she did not pay, I found 3 of her VAs that she did not pay too. 1 of the VA was from a company and she asked for a refund for that company.

I spent 16 nights working for her, I informed her that I need my salary because my dad is in the hospital, fighting for his life, but instead of giving me my pay that I worked for, she asked me if I can lower the final amount. Then after a few days my dad died. I again reached out to her, but she doesnt want to pay me anymore. SHE IS HEARTLESS! SHE ALWAYS LISTENS TO THE WORD OF GOD BUT SHE IS NOT DOING WHAT IS RIGHT. I agree with Stephanie, SHE IS GREEDY! VERY INCONSIDERATE.

ALL THE REST OF THE VAs that I found will also put their review. WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS TO THE FILIPINO VAs WHO ARE JUST WORKING TO PUT FOOD OF THEIR FAMILY'S PLATE?

i was a client of the good man team. PM have rules. jessie stopped communicating and then did not give the 30 day notice she stated in her contract to me. she left me with 2 evictions to do and im an out of state owner. this was very sloppy management. i had 4 tenants when jessie took over in april 2019. two left and didnt pay last months rent. the other 2 went into default. this is why i paid for management so this wouldnt happen.
