I'm in complete shock the two women who answer the phone are very rude. I asked for an apt, and she asked which insurance I have and stated it was not accepted. Stated I would pay out of pocket as I've never had this issue in over 5 years of using my insurance all over the US. She hung up. I called back, and her colleague backed her up, stating they were not rude and refused me care or service. The doctors here need to be aware that his gate keepers are sending away paying clients.

There truly are not enough beautiful words to describe this medical office. The ladies are the most caring, polite and empathetic staff I’ve ever encountered. Dr. Scarpa is one of the kindest, caring and knowledgeable doctors that I’ve ever met. He has, on countless occasions, gone above and beyond, to support us through this challenging journey. If all doctors were half of the person that Dr. Scarpa is, the world would be a better place. So blessed to have crossed paths with him. I’ll never be able to thank him enough for his constant support. If you only base your decision on a review once in your life, let it be this one. Dr. Scarpa is a true Angel.

Dr Scarpa is amazing. Spends time with you. Very thorough in his diagnosis and follow ups. He made sure I was not taking medicines that I did not need and gave me all the care and attention I needed. Is extremely polite and courteous. His staff is great too!

My mom went for an appointment this morning and one person on the staff specifically the office manager Cindy was very rude to my mother who is old and frail. There seemed to be a miss understanding of her appointment and when my mom tried to explain that I thought I got the 1st appt yet there are 5 people in the waiting room. She turned over to one of the office staff members and said “I’m not listening to her”This is how patients are treated in your office? Patients that come to the office have health issues and instead of being treated with kindness they give patients a hard time. The doctor also has been rude and instead of showing any level of sympathy. My mom said she’s not able to come for an appointment every 2 months just for a refill prescription and the Dr Scarpa didn’t care to come to some agreement or compromise with her instead said “If you can’t come, find another doctor.” Wow! Unbelievable! My mom had heard him say the same to another patient. I called the office today very angry for this unacceptable behavior and the woman I spoke to (Marcia) was very calm and patiently listened. I appreciate her calmness and desire to help make it right. So I will have my mom give them another chance and will see how it goes!

I was extremely happy with the facility, staff and MD. Everyone was pleasant and professional. Doctor Scarpa aweswaged all of my fears and guided me threw my medical issues and lack of serious problems. His other patients in the waiting room respected his work with them and I felt immediately relieved and secure.

New patient of Dr Scarpa, I've gone twice now in two weeks (getting everything prepared for my insurance and him to send a new prescription for my ankylosis spondylitis medicine). I'm very impressed and happy with my experiences. Dr Scarpa has excellent people skills and comes off as very attentive and caring. He's already educated me on newer medicines I should consider for my condition (but he never pressures me, only educates me on all my options, good and bad). It's very refreshing. He also is incredibly good at thinking down the road for your health. Talking me through other types of x rays and imaging to obtain in the coming months and years so we have all the info we need to truly treat my autoimmune disease. Overall 5/5 and I'm very excited and happy to be working with him. Finally, shout out to the nurses and support staff/office staff. Everyone is very kind and helpful.

Update 01/30/2023: I was able to obtain all the needed blood testing, x rays, preauthorization, etc for my Enbrel prescription for my insurance in about 1.5 - 2 weeks. Big thank you to Dr Scarpa and all the support staff here for helping me get everything in a timely manner. Thanks so much for empowering me and my health!

Dr. Scarpa is an excellent doctor . He is very caring towards his patients. The treatments which are great helped me and he also has a quality that all physician should have and it's that he listens and he is always with a smile. Oh and Daisy the medical assistant is awesome very kind..Marcia is also a very nice person. I hope I spelled their names correct.

Dr. Scarpa is a very nice and caring doctor. Daisy the medical assistant is so sweet as well. I have been going over a year and something i knew nothing about, Dr. Scarpa has helped me understand and treated the best to ability and i have no complaints.
