Duane and his staff were the best. We looked at many HVAC systems and competitors. Vardell’s was unmatched with their price on the system and their customer service. We also purchased a great name brand (Trane) and they came cheaper than all others. If you need good service and prices, please call Duane and Vardell’s.

Amazing experience! Called on Wednesday and my unit was installed by 1230 the next day. The price was reasonable and they assisted with financing. Every employee that came to do the job had the best attitude and you could tell they wanted it to be perfect. I HIGHLY recommend them for anyone needing a new HVAC.

My AC went out during the heatwave. Vardell's gave me an appointment quick and the tech was very polite and quickly fixed the problem. I knew that it was a very busy time with people's AC going out when it was over 110 degrees. The tech did not rush through and made me feel better. He took time to tell me what the issue was. He was honest about it. I will definitely use them again.

I can't recommend these guys enough. They came out the same day I called. The next day they gave me a temporary fix to hold us over a few days before they could do the job. They did a removal and replacement of a roof mounted unit. 3.5 hours total from the time they showed up to the time my house was cold again!! They even redesigned the stand that the unit sat on to be more secure and more efficient than before. I will definitely use these guys again in the future when needed.

I had a HVAC technician come out, run the diagnostics, and took the screws off the top of my AC cover with him. When questioned, the individual lied about dropping the screws on the floor. I request the technician to come back out and replace the screws. He came back out and replaced the missing screws with incorrect screws. For a 5 star rating, I would've expected more of a professional service. I will not request any more AC or Heating repair from this place.
