So let me start off by thanking Steep Flat Roofs for fitting my mom's roof into their busy schedule. Save your time and hire this company trust me.

I got a total of 8 estimates and Steep flat roofs was the best by far!! They are super knowledgeable in what they do. When we gave them the ok to start my mom's roof they were jammed pack and they were given a window of time that worked for my mom and they made it happen. The crews worked very efficiently and some of the politest people I have ever interacted with. My mom's roof was a disaster rotten boards all through the house. They tore the complete roof off and replaced everything.

If you need any type of roofing done Steep Flat is the roofing Co. to call they they did a complete tear off and replacement on my house. The girls in the office Janet and Rosario were extremely helpful with any questions you may have about your roofing needs and they answer the phone when you call. The team working in the field are courteous and professional if you had any questions they were happy to answer your questions and concerns my roof looks fantastic. He also had his crew come out and tarp an area on the roof that had a leak before it rained. They did a wonderful job on the roof. STEEP FLAT ROOFING!! SELSO AND HIS CREW!!!
Doing anything major on a property can be intimidating – I had been putting off replacing my roof for the past few years for this reason and to be honest because my roof was in very bad shape, but Selso the owner made it look like a piece of cake. I called Steep Flat Roofing to come out for an estimate, they were able to make time the next day. I received their estimate along with other companies, but Selso from Steep Flat Roofing stood out the most because he was genuine, honest, and provided an overall in-depth presentation of the compromised areas and work needed to be done. He provided timelines and answered all my questions. Within the same week from signing the contract, the crew was out here working on my roof. Selso and the whole crew were super professional, I really liked how they kept the area free from debris while working and would clean up every day after they were done. Selso went above and beyond; he would send me progress photos through the day (see attached).
I highly recommend this company to everyone that asks for a roofer because he made this process a stress-free experience and this has been our best investment yet. Hired them based on reviews which after doing business with them, they definitely live up to. Had to get a new roof for insurance purposes and their price was more than reasonable and warranty a few years longer than other roofers in the area. Also, they were one of the few that answered their phone when asking for an estimate. Took them about a week to complete the roof on the house and garage. They get straight to work when they arrive and didn't stop until almost sundown. Definitely high speed low drag. The sectraries were also great at giving updates regarding time frames and providing copies of the permits, warranty and certificate of new roof. I know I won't need a new roof for a while but if anyone I know does need one I'll be recommending Steep Flat roofing. They "got you covered" as Selso says.
