Talked to Justina on a Thursday, was told that I would have a bid by Tuesday. Than called again on Wednesday of the following week. One of the owners John Baker, told me he would give me a bid for an easement job by the end of the day and never showed up. Never answered an email. I appreciate it.

The wheels of government move very slowly so it took quite a while to get the survey completed and proper permits issued. I had no problems with Nevada City Engineering they were great. Be patient in the process.
