My husband and I have been patients for more than 20 years. The last 15 years we've traveled from Massachusetts to keep her as our doctor. She's one of a kind as a doctor and a human being.

Dr. I. Ponge-Wilson is totally amazing!! She has done a procedure on my face, with 11 sutures and you have to look really close to see where it was done !!! She is so thorough with her examinations !!! I would recommend her 100 %!!! Several of my family members go to this doctor !!! Her bed side manner is great!!

Worst customer service. When I researched Isabelle Wilson online I noticed multiple bad reviews but decided to give it a try because I live close by. I scheduled an appointment and told the woman on the phone that I would film my face during part of it to show the machine, so I can write about the experience on my blog. The day of my appointment I was told I was not allowed to use my phone at all during the procedure. I've never had an establishment tell me I was not allowed to use my phone, even the best plastic surgeons. The woman on the phone had a horrible attitude and was quite rude. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my appointment. The next place I called was more than happy to allow me to film my own face durning parts of the procedure.

Dr. Wilson offers cosmetic procedures but doesn't possess necessary knowledge to perform them. Very disappointing experience left me wonder why be so obnoxious and reckless when dealing with people's faces especially women's ones? just to make couple of hundreds
dollars? Do yourself a favor and find a real professional.
