I can't say enough about how great this company is and when I called they were busy with a full schedule but yet they know what jobs need to be worked in and what can go in line with that busy schedule. From the pleasant young man who does the scheduling who called me back right away, he got me on that busy schedule so I had a spot but asked if he could call me if something canceled and that happened this morning thank you. the tech Ryan who came out was and is knowledgeable and does an amazing job. You can't go wrong with working with Holy Smoke. It isn't my first time and they remember you even when it has been 4 years. Thank you so very much.

Our experience with Holy Smoke was absolutely as good as it gets! They helped us with chimney and fireplace issues both during and after the big storms in November and went beyond the call. Additionally, they crafted a solution to replace our wood burning fireplace with a Dimplex electric fireplace that’s absolutely amazing. Professional, knowledgeable, innovative and fair. Five stars.

Holy Smoke was very professional. They did a great job fixing our vents and stove pipe. We have a challenging, off grid location, and they were open to coming out and doing all of the work. All of the staff were very nice and professional and didn’t push back when I needed to rearrange the service dates 3 times. They were prompt in coming out for a quote, scheduling the service, and doing the repairs. They were diligent in fixing our hot water heater vent, and spent hours making sure it was perfect, even though the cabin is old and has had a lot of rough DIY repairs over the years. All repairs worked great, no leaks. I would totally use Holy Smoke again and highly recommend their services.

Ryan worked hard all day repairing and improving the function of my wood burning stove. He was good at keeping me informed on all details and suggestions for maximizing its use.I was very impressed with his knowledge and work focus.

The technician was very professional & thorough but I was surprised the service took nearly 4 hours. Two negatives: 1)he brought mud onto my floor & carpets so I suggest company provide technicians with shoe/boot covers; 2)he taped the seams of the chimney pipe & when he removed the tape, it took paint off, leaving 4 ‘stripes’. No acknowledgment in report.
