I gave this company an landscape estimate back in 2018 for a motel 6 remodel. I was told to start the project even though they had no city permits. Then I was told that the project had to be re-designed by the landscape architect. I Waited for that. Gave a new new revised estimate back in November 2018 and was told again to start with no city permits. I waited for the permits. Permits finally were issued. I was ready to sign the contract when I was told by the owner of the company they had already signed another contractor. A very unprofessional and un-organized company.

Echelon has filed chapter 11 in the US courts. If they owe you money- Good luck- DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM- they closed all offices except Texas. Classic move my Attorney says.
