I hate dealing with the water company; they did not send me a bill, than shut off my water. In order to get my water turned on they charged an insane fee worth 5 months of my normal bill, all over a 22 dollar bill. When I tried calling them or emailing them I received no response.

Update: The water company decided to change their payment services again, I didn't even know my bill was due. They shut off my water and charged me 75 dollars to get my water turned back on, which is more than what I even owed them. Would have been nice to get some notices about the change beside an email that was in my spam box.

Heather and Erin are amazing and incredibly patient and kind women! I can’t express enough how incredibly grateful I am that they helped my family and I out and never once made us feel shame for our situation. These ladies are wonderful and I’m so thankful that they do their job well.

The water quality is terrible. There is always something wrong with the water. There's always large particles floating in it, the water has a yellow color, leaves hard water stains and a bad taste. 06/17/24

If I could rate them less I would. Completely unprofessional. They tried to charge my account fraudulently by adding another persons balance to mine. And then had the audacity to outlandishly propose that I pay it. Needless to say, if there was any other option for a water company I would change company’s. Unfortunately I am stuck with incompetence and poor customer service. ALWAYS BE AWARE OF WHAT THEY ARE CHARGING YOU FOR.

I agree some of the customer service reps are very rude and just quick to hurry up with your issue some won't help or offer what they have on hand if one is behind on their bill ... I am struggling financially right now and feel they won't work with me they don't offer reasonable amounts for payment extensions or minimum payments ...They should really consider changing their overall billing and payment system to lower payments or longer extentions or even offer programs to help .. Also their working hours suck and are closed Fridays.

December 2nd I called the water district. I let them know I have not received a bill. The lady said new billing system and you will get onethe end of the month. Instead I got a disconnect notice. Great system. Of course I called and no one has called back

Why are they closed till Jan. 11th? Anyway...I accidently put a check made out to the USPO..$55.00 for stamps in with my check for the water bill. They processed them both! How can they do that? All know
is I better see a credit on the next bill for that $55.00!!

Wish I could leave 0 stars. They manufacture charges. They answer to no one. They are so far beyond rude and arrogant it's disgusting. They do not follow their own written policies and penalize the customer when you call them out on it. This kind of monopolistic lying and theiving is supposed to be illegal. We pay our Bill's just like everyone else but you wouldn't know it the way they treat people.
