After we posted our first review, Cerro Colorado Construction called and said they would return to correct and complete the job to our satisfaction. They kept their word. They power washed the stucco bits off the patio area, they completed painting the trim and they painted the stucco walls, which are now all one color. We are pleased that they were willing to make things right. We have adjusted our rating to 3 Stars with new pictures of the completed job below.

We were well pleased with the work they did for us! For insurance purposes, we had to have soffit, facia and eave work done on the side porch. The work was done well and efficient and they cleaned up afterwards! Would not hesitate to use Cerro Construction again!

They re did stucco on the outside of the house, put new flooring in the kitchen and front room. Did a great job painting. Very detailed. Did an amazing job. Very satisfied with the work. Highly recommend!

I had Cerro Colorado do some faux stone work on my house. They did a good job in a timely fashion; and cleaned up well after they finished. I'd hire them again.

Kevin came out did free ESM , came back 2 days later repaired our breezeway which connected house to
garage, completed job in 2 days! This was a small job , but treated us like it was a big job. Thank you for your
help, will recommend to family and friends!

I contacted Cerro Construction to line up a estimate on a couple projects. We confirmed the appointment day.
He WAS A NO SHOW! Didn't hear from him all day. I sent a message. mid afternoon asking him if he was still coming, No response.
Sent a second message advising him I can give a negative review. WOW, ,that must have grabbed his attention. He responded saying he had a family emergency. Lame excuse! Still giving a a negative review. He didnt even offer to reschedule, which tells me he dosnt need or want the work. I, being a professional business women would NOT recommend this company.
